Door Completion & Cabinet Completion

 We are currently looking fill our Door preparation and completion position
Ideal Candidates will be willing to learn, have great attention to detail, and take pride in the work they do.

Door Preparation & Completion responsibilities and duties:

• Keep manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt
• Locate parts, tag them with identifying text and numbers, and record information such as gauge readings (in metric), time tracking, and material usage.
• Assist with quality control by reporting defective products or equipment malfunctions and if necessary, assist with any fixes.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly through the workday.
• Daily safety and operational checks of machinery and weekly deep cleans.
• Clean, inspect, and sort doors by size
• Follow layouts and checklists for specific hinging requirements
• Using a drill press, prepare doors for hinging & handle drilling
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am till 3:30pm, 40 hours per week.

Compensation:

• $23/hour.
• Benefits after 3 months’ probation.
• Enrollment into shop-wide bonus structure after 3 months’ probation.
