Panel Saw Operator

We are currently looking for experienced machine operators interested building a long-term career.
Ideal Candidates will have at least 2 years of related experience on a Beam Saw. Knowledge of frameless cabinets, components, fabrication, and other machinery is a valued asset.

 

Saw Operator responsibilities and duties:

• Keep manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt
•  Locate parts, tag them with identifying text and numbers, and record information such as gauge readings (in metric), time tracking, and material usage.
• Assist with quality control by reporting defective products or equipment malfunctions and if necessary, assist with any fixes.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly through the workday.
• Daily safety and operational checks of machinery and weekly deep cleans.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Load and unload scissor lift with 4x8 materials via forklift.
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am till 3:30pm, 40 hours per week.

Compensation:

• $22-23/hour.
• Benefits after 3 months’ probation.
• Enrollment into shop-wide bonus structure after 3 months’ probation.
